There were 5 main points, they were:
War Guilt
Germany had to accept the blame for starting the war.
Reparations
Germany had to agree to pay compensation to France, Belgium and Britain. The final figure was decided upon in 1921 and set at 6600 million pounds.
Germany Armed Forces
The army was limited to 100.000 men. Conscription was banned- soldiers had to volunteer. They were not allowed armoured vehicles, submarines or aircraft.
Germany Territories and Colonies
Germany lost all of its overseas colonies (mainly to Britain and France) Germany was also forbidden from joining with its former ally, Austria.
League of Nations
A league of nations was set up. Germany was not allowed to join until it proved it was a peaceful country.

Germany lost 10% of its land, lost all of its overseas colonies, lost 12.5% of its population, lost 16% of its coalfields and almost half of its iron and steel industries, Germany had to reduce its army to 100,000 men, have no air force, only a tiny navy and had to accept blame for World War One and pay huge amounts in compensation.

Hungary changed the most due to the Treaty. Hungary lost its lanad to Czechoslovakia, Serbia and Romania. Their size decreased in by a least of 190,000sq km, being 283,000sq km down to 93sq km. once the land had been taken over the population decreased from 1.82 million to 7.6 million. Germany also lost 10% of their land causing them to lose 12.6% of their population to several difference countries.
